Five principles

We believe this initiative drives accountability and innovation across the energy sector, helping us make energy more affordable while delivering safe and reliable electricity. Through this commitment, we work together to embed a customer-first culture, improve affordability, provide energy safely and sustainably, enhance the overall customer experience, and offer tailored support for those facing vulnerable circumstances.

Our Energy Charter disclosure

Each year, we report on our performance under The Energy Charter. Our Disclosure Report tracks our commitments and progress over time, which is shaped and approved by our Board and Executive Leadership Team. We also work with our Peak Customer and Stakeholder Committee, to make sure the report reflects customer needs and helps us improve.
