Inclusion and diversity
We want Endeavour Energy to reflect the rich diversity of the communities we serve. We foster an inclusive, flexible and supportive workplace, where people feel respected and supported to grow.
Our RISE Gender Network, Empower Ability Network, our membership with Pride in Diversity and Reconciliation Action Plan working group, focus on improving inclusivity for all of our employees.
We’re committed to growing our representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, as well as creating career pathways through our apprentice program. To support this commitment, we’re partnering with TAFE NSW to sponsor the Empower Electrical Apprenticeship Readiness program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Once you apply, you will be sent a link to complete your online testing. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend an in-person interview after the closing date. Successful candidates will commence in January 2026.
